Belt dryer, with stainless steel belt or another type of belt, according to the product, exist of three main module parts, the inside belt has a width of 1200 mm. With switchboard, with temperature control, belt speed regulation by frequency converter, with approx. 3,oo meter air chanel from heater (not included) to the belt dryer.

By the adoption of the digital temperature adjustment device and appropriate numerical control,you can control the temperature precisely.

Giant Finishing's Continuous Belt Dryers are made of stainless steel, electric or gas and are insulated for reduced energy consumption. If the application requires, a single or multi stage wash section can be added prior to the drying stage. Customized units with belts as wide 96 inches are available upon request.

Once you have trialed your various products and established the exact finish you require, the data can be preset and PROGRAMMED into the oven's electronic computer.
